In this full time role, you will drive recruitment across Canada, the United States, and the United Kingdom, building robust talent pipelines. Strong sourcing abilities and a partnership approach with hiring managers are crucial in delivering exceptional candidate experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead recruitment across North America and the UK • Partner with hiring managers on staffing needs • Build relationships supporting recruitment initiatives • Create compelling job descriptions and postings • Develop innovative sourcing strategies and diverse pipelines
Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree; HR designation is a plus • 3-5 years of recruitment experience • Experience in a fast-paced corporate environment • Proficiency with ATS, ADP experience preferred • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
