Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Bender Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating bending machines to produce high-quality metal parts while maintaining safety and production standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Set up and operate press brake / bending machines
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Adjust machine settings based on material and specifications
- Measure and inspect parts to ensure accuracy and quality
- Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting
- Maintain a clean and protected work environment
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures

Requirements:

- Previous experience as a Bender Operator or similar role




- Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools
- Strong attention to detail and precision
- Must have fluent English communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable and team-oriented
- Must have valid work authorization (no sponsorship available)
- Candidates must be able to work full-time without employer sponsorship
