Job Summary

We are seeking a agile and proactive Maintenance Supervisor to lead our industrial maintenance team. In this role, you will oversee the maintenance operations across manufacturing facilities, ensuring equipment reliability, safety compliance, and optimal performance. Your leadership will drive continuous improvement initiatives, coordinate complex projects, and foster a culture of excellence in maintenance practices.

Duties

- Supervise daily maintenance activities, including preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance tasks across all plant equipment and systems
- Lead and coordinate maintenance projects, ensuring timely completion within scope, budget, and safety standards
- Manage maintenance schedules using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to track work orders, asset history, and inventory levels
- Oversee electrical and mechanical troubleshooting, utilizing schematics and technical manuals to diagnose issues efficiently
- Supervise a team of technicians, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback to foster growth and accountability




- Ensure compliance with safety regulations related to industrial maintenance, HVAC systems, low voltage electrical work, and other safety protocols
- Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and optimize equipment uptime for maximum productivity

Qualifications

- Prior leadership experience is required
- Prior experience in hospitality or customer service is required
- Technical school training or certification preferred.
- Proven experience in building maintenance, electrical, plumbing, or HVAC systems.
- Experience with pool maintenance and knowledge of water chemistry and safety regulations preferred.
- Strong knowledge of safety procedures and regulations.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
- Basic knowledge of carpentry, painting, and other repair skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests and associates in a professional manner.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items (up to 50lbs), work on ladders, and perform physically demanding tasks.
