Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30am Flexibility to work Saturdays as required What You’ll Do as an Appliance Repair Technician Provide accurate and timely diagnosis and identify parts required, referencing the appropriate manuals, schematics and websites Deliver high-quality repairs with a strong first-time completion rate while minimizing errors, rework, and repair turnaround times Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a qualified approach in all interactions a combination of relevant education, training,
and experience will also be considered Appliance Repair Diploma from a recognized technical college is an asset Certification in gas handling and experience repairing gas appliances is an asset Strong technical knowledge of appliance repair and troubleshooting Must have strong communication skills to ensure efficient collaboration with customers and partnering teams Must have strong computer skills, high attention to detail and accuracy Retirement savings program On-the-job technical training and ongoing process support Training programs to build new and transferable technical skills Our distribution center is designed to receive, store, and distribute products to our customers.
