Erie's 4,000 employees provide quality education to approximately 28,000 full-time equivalent students who attend our 73 schools. The Board spans a geographic area encompassing the City of Brantford and the Counties of Brant, Haldimand and Norfolk. The head office is located in Brantford.
QUALIFICATIONS: Ontario College of Teachers' Certificate of Qualification and qualified to teach in the Intermediate and/or Senior divisions, in accordance with Ministry of Education regulations.
Specialist or Honour Specialist qualifications in one or more of the subjects taught in the organizational unit.
The successful candidate must be assigned at least one section per semester within the school and shall teach as least one section each semester in the subject area of the department. Please review Article XI sections 11.01 – 11.10 for further details.

$57,408 - $120,054 Annually + $3481 Major Headship Allowance (based on
1.0 FTE);
salary grid is based on QECO rating and teaching experience; annual salary is prorated based on FTE; grid rate effective September 1, 2026.
