Take charge at Nova Scotia Health as a Management Leader in Patient Flow Operations, enhancing the quality of care for patients. This role offers part-time hours with impactful responsibilities. In this pivotal position reporting to the Access and Flow Manager, you'll oversee nursing administration and ensure adequate staffing in the South Shore Regional Hospital.

Your leadership will include managing bed utilization and collaborating with teams to enhance patient outcomes. Strong organizational and strategic skills are essential in promoting efficient operations. Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate safe and efficient patient care services
- Manage nursing team and ensure adequate staffing levels




- Develop solid relationships with healthcare providers and stakeholders
- Analyze patient flow challenges to improve service delivery
- Support the mission and objectives of the Health Services Program Requirements:
- Baccalaureate degree in Nursing required
- Minimum three years of relevant acute care experience
- At least two years in nursing management necessary
- BCLS and preferably ACLS certifications required
- Proficiency in French is an asset Lead patient care excellence and operational efficiency as part of Nova Scotia Health's dedicated team.
