The Manager, Contract Management is a senior leadership role within Contracting, Procurement & Supply Management (CPSM), responsible for providing strategic direction, operational leadership, and oversight of sourcing, contracting, category management, supplier relationship management, for the procurement of complex clinical, capital equipment, consumables, and services across assigned portfolios, that support patient care and healthcare operations. The position oversees the strategic development and execution of sourcing strategies that support clinical requirements, organizational priorities, financial stewardship, while delivering value, mitigating risk, ensuring compliance, and advancing service excellence. The Manager serves as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, operational leaders, clinical stakeholders, and external suppliers, leading complex sourcing initiatives, contract negotiations, supplier performance programs, and strategic procurement projects.

The role is accountable for developing high-performing teams, fostering stakeholder partnerships, and driving continuous improvement initiatives that contribute to organizational sustainability and operational effectiveness. The position operates within a highly complex healthcare environment, balancing competing priorities,



stakeholder requirements, financial stewardship, regulatory compliance, and market dynamics while delivering measurable value and supporting organizational transformation initiatives.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Supply Chain Management, Public Administration, Finance, Healthcare Administration, Law, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

Master's degree (MBA, MHA, or related field). Professional procurement or supply chain designation such as: SCMP, CPSM, CPPB, CPPO, PMP Equivalent qualified designation
