Extendicare is seeking a dedicated Personal Support Worker to provide compassionate care to patients across various shifts. This role involves helping fulfill the physical, emotional, and social needs of patients in a supportive workplace.
As a Personal Support Worker at Extendicare, you will offer direct personal care, including bathing, grooming, and assisting with ambulation and feeding. Your experience in long-term care, especially with dementia and palliative care, will enhance our commitment to delivering quality care. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide direct personal support and care to patients
• Assist with activities of daily living, including feeding and bathing

Requirements:
• Completed PSW or HCA/CCA certification
• Experience in long-term care or home care preferred
• Knowledge of care planning systems required
