Position Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced AI Delivery Lead to drive the end-to-end delivery of AI-powered Copilot agents within the COO and PMO domain of a leading financial services organization.

The ideal candidate will combine strong AI delivery leadership with hands-on expertise in Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Automate, RAG architectures, prompt engineering, MCP, enterprise integrations, and security/governance. This role will work closely with business stakeholders, SMEs, working groups, and the vendor delivery team to ensure AI solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the end-to-end delivery of AI agent solutions supporting COO and PMO business use cases, including scope, timelines, risks, issues, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Provide hands-on solution architecture and design for Microsoft Copilot Studio agents, including agent configuration, prompt architecture, RAG patterns, testing, and deployment.
- Architect and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions using SharePoint, Microsoft Graph, and custom connectors.
- Design and maintain reusable prompt templates, patterns, and frameworks to ensure consistency and scalability across AI agent deployments.
- Define and implement MCP (Model Context Protocol) and enterprise connector integration strategies.
- Establish and maintain AI governance, security, identity, and data-boundary controls, including Microsoft Entra ID integration and enterprise access controls.
- Design and maintain Power Automate workflows to support agent orchestration, approvals, exception handling, and business process automation.
- Coordinate with business SMEs, acceptance testing teams, and working groups to facilitate testing, validation, issue resolution, and final solution sign-off.




- Act as the primary delivery interface between the vendor delivery squad and client program leadership.
- Track project milestones, risks, dependencies, and delivery outcomes while ensuring alignment with program objectives.
- Drive continuous improvement of AI delivery processes, reusable components, and enterprise implementation standards.

Required Skills & Experience

- Microsoft Copilot Studio – Mandatory: Deep hands-on experience configuring, designing, testing, and deploying Copilot Studio agents.
- Power Automate: Advanced experience designing flows involving approvals, business logic, integrations, exception handling, and automation.
- RAG Architecture: Hands-on experience implementing RAG solutions using SharePoint, Microsoft Graph, and connector-based retrieval architectures.
- Prompt Architecture: Strong ability to design, structure, optimize, and maintain reusable prompt patterns for enterprise AI solutions.
- MCP & Connector Strategy: Experience defining and implementing enterprise integration strategies using MCP and custom/standard connectors.
- AI Governance & Security: Practical knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, enterprise access controls, data boundaries, security policies, and governance frameworks.
- AI Delivery Leadership: Proven experience leading AI, automation, or digital transformation delivery initiatives within financial services.
- Solid stakeholder management, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to balance hands-on technical solution design with delivery/program leadership.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience delivering AI solutions within a Tier-1 financial institution, including banking, wealth management, or capital markets.
- Familiarity with COO, PMO, or enterprise program management environments.
- Experience working with Morgan Stanley or similar large financial institutions is highly desirable.
- Microsoft certifications in Power Platform, Azure AI, or Copilot Studio.
- Experience working within vendor, managed services, or client-vendor delivery models with established client-side governance.
- Experience working with distributed teams and enterprise-scale technology programs.
