- Oversee monthly and quarterly performance management reporting
- Manage two FP&A; Analysts, providing mentorship and guidance
- Implement standardized templates and review procedures for reports
- Facilitate Corporate Planning processes and financial reviews
- Provide backup for Treasury activities as needed Requirements:
- 5+ years’ experience in FP&A; or corporate finance
- At least 2 years’ experience managing finance teams
- Proven ability in developing executive-ready presentations
- Robust analytical and Excel skills
