Canadian Industries Limited (CIL) is looking for a passionate and results-driven Manager, Retail Execution & Field Operations to lead execution excellence across Canada's largest retail partners.

In this highly visible national role, you'll bridge strategy and execution , ensuring promotional programs, merchandising initiatives, new product launches, and customer priorities come to life in stores across the country. You'll work closely with National Accounts, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Commercial Excellence teams to improve field performance, drive accountability, and elevate the retail experience.

What You'll Do

- Lead retail execution excellence across major national retail accounts.
- Develop field KPIs, scorecards, and performance standards that drive accountability and results.
- Partner with Regional Sales Managers and Territory Managers to improve execution, merchandising compliance, and store performance.
- Identify opportunities through store visits, field insights, and competitive intelligence.
- Drive operational excellence by resolving execution challenges and improving processes.
- Support growth initiatives within the Skilled Contractor (Pro) segment.
- Leverage Salesforce and analytics to measure performance and enhance field productivity.
- Deliver actionable market and competitive insights that support business growth.

What You'll Bring

- 5+ years of experience in retail operations, sales, merchandising, category management, or national accounts.
- Experience working with large retail customers within CPG, home improvement, paint, or building materials.
- Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.




- Ability to influence and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM/reporting tools.
- Salesforce experience is an asset.
- Bilingual English/French (An asset).

Compensation & Benefits

Salary Range: $85,000 - $110,000 annually, plus eligibility for an annual incentive program.

Final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity considerations. Additional Requirements The successful candidate must be legally authorized to work in Canada.

Given the travel requirements of this role, the successful candidate may be required to provide a satisfactory driver's abstract as a condition of employment.
