Key Responsibilities:



• Deliver personal care aligned with the care plan • Assist with medication administration as needed • Document care accurately per policies • Observe and report changes in residents' conditions • Plan and prepare nutritious meals for residents

Requirements: • Graduate of Personal Support Worker program or equivalent • Experience in community health services with seniors • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Current Basic Cardiac Life Support certification • Willingness to obtain Vulnerable Position Screening
