ALMAG Aluminum is seeking an HR Generalist to report to the VP, Human Resources and act as a trusted advisor across the organization. You will drive engagement, organizational effectiveness, change management, talent acquisition and performance management in a manufacturing workplace. You will partner with supervisors to address HR issues, support hourly employees, and champion ALMAG’s values while ensuring regulatory compliance.
