Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team focused on strategy, performance management, and digital transformation. Oversee the governance of the portfolio of strategic initiatives and projects. Develop and maintain performance metrics, KPIs, and management dashboards.

Lead digital transformation, automation, and data-driven initiatives. Support teams in change management efforts and the implementation of new practices. Prepare analyses, recommendations, and presentations for senior leadership.

Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, continuous improvement, and operational excellence. Proven experience in organizational transformation, continuous improvement, and the deployment of strategic initiatives.



Solid background in project portfolio management, governance, and performance management.

Experience implementing digital solutions and leading change management initiatives. Innovative mindset with a strong focus on continuous improvement.

Assets

Knowledge of performance management and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Experience with business intelligence and data visualization tools (Power BI or equivalent). Knowledge of automation, artificial intelligence, digital transformation, data analytics, and data governance. Understanding of maintenance, engineering, asset management, and industrial project processes.

Experience developing or enhancing operational control centers.
