You will work across regions, countries, business units, and capabilities to align Slalom around the strategic client opportunities that have the greatest potential to change the trajectory of the business, including opportunities that move clients from project-based work into scalable managed services, agentic solutions, and long-term enterprise partnerships.
What You’ll Do
As Managing Director, Enterprise Growth & Strategic Accounts, you will accelerate growth across a focused portfolio of Slalom’s most strategic multinational clients. You will create, shape, and advance large-scale opportunities that transcend individual projects, business units, or geographies and require executive-level relationship management, strategic account expansion, global pursuit orchestration, commercial innovation, and the ability to position AMS as a strategic growth platform for clients seeking scalable, outcome-driven transformation.
- Partner with Enterprise Account Leaders, Market Leaders, and Client Partners to accelerate AMS growth opportunities across strategic accounts by shaping solution strategy, influencing pursuit direction, and driving conversion of qualified opportunities into revenue.
- Lead strategic AMS pursuits through executive engagement, solution shaping, commercial strategy, and proposal development to improve win rates and accelerate revenue realization.
- Build a repeatable AMS growth motion by translating market insights and client needs into scalable offerings, playbooks, and pipeline generation strategies.
- Identify and create transformational opportunities that are not yet represented in the active pipeline, particularly where client challenges span multiple business units, functions, regions, or countries.
- Serve as executive quarterback for Slalom’s largest and most complex strategic opportunities,
including pursuits exceeding $20M and multi-year programs with material enterprise impact.
- Build and activate executive-to-executive relationship strategies across client C-suite stakeholders, global account leaders, and Slalom senior leadership.
- Shape enterprise pursuit strategies that integrate client outcomes, Slalom capabilities, delivery feasibility, financial performance, risk management, and commercial competitiveness.
- Identify where AMS can unlock new enterprise value by moving clients toward agentic operating models, managed transformation capabilities, recurring revenue constructs, and measurable business outcomes beyond traditional project delivery.

- Navigate complex global account environments where decisions, delivery, procurement, governance, and sponsorship span multiple countries or operating companies.
- Partner with Commercial Strategy and account teams to move the largest opportunities beyond pursuit support into enterprise-level growth, connection, and client transformation.
- Create reusable account growth methods, executive engagement approaches, and strategic opportunity frameworks that strengthen Slalom’s ability to scale enterprise growth over time.
What You’ll Bring
- Executive level experience growing large strategic accounts and shaping enterprise scale consulting, technology, transformation, or professional services opportunities.
- Demonstrated success creating and influencing transformational opportunities at $20M+ scale, with experience operating across multinational clients, global stakeholders, and complex commercial environments.
- Strong executive presence and credibility with C-suite clients, senior internal leaders, account executives, and cross-functional teams.
- Deep commercial, financial, and business acumen with the ability to connect account strategy, client need, delivery model, risk, and long-term revenue potential.
- Understanding of managed services, agentic solutions, recurring revenue, outcome-based commercial models, and the executive buying conversations required to position AMS as a strategic enterprise growth offer.
- A cooperative,
enterprise-first leadership style with the ability to influence across matrixed teams, create clarity in ambiguity, and mobilize leaders around the highest-value opportunities.
