Conlon Motorsports is looking for an experienced, detail-oriented Marine Technician to join our service team.

This role will primarily focus on diagnosing, servicing, repairing, and rigging marine products, including outboards and related systems. When marine workload allows, you’ll also support the shop by working on other powersports equipment, including ATVs, side-by-sides, motorcycles, snowmobiles, and more.

What you’ll do

- Diagnose, service, repair, and maintain outboard motors, marine electrical systems, trailers, and related equipment
- Complete seasonal maintenance, winterization, de-winterization, inspections, and pre-delivery work
- Perform accurate troubleshooting using diagnostic tools and manufacturer information
- Complete repair orders efficiently and document work clearly
- Support service work on other powersports units as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure work area
- Work with service advisors and parts staff to ensure jobs are completed properly and on time
- Follow manufacturer procedures, dealership standards, and all safety requirements

What we’re looking for
- Previous marine technician experience is required




- Strong knowledge of outboard engines, marine electrical systems, rigging, and troubleshooting
- Experience with powersports equipment is an asset
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a busy team environment
- Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
- Valid driver’s licence with a clean driving record
- Journeyman certification, apprenticeship experience, or manufacturer training is an asset

Compensation: Competitive hourly wage based on experience.
