Recreational Power Sports is a busy marine and powersports dealership that has been operating for over 17 years. We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic individual to join our marketing team!

We are looking for someone with a marketing background and previous Google Ads experience. This person will be joining our existing marketing team of 1-2 other people. Our ideal candidate is creative, can think outside of the box, is a leader, and can work well with minimal direction or supervision. Must be organized, detail oriented, self motivated, and outgoing.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and create content for all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
- Create and constantly maintain our dealership's Google Ads, Google keywords, etc
- Create and manage a high volume of listings on Kijiji, Facebook Marketplace, and our website to generate leads
- Photograph and shoot video of inventory for online listings and promotional use
- Maintain and perform basic updates on the dealership website
- Create all content for online ads, social media posts, and other marketing materials
- Brainstorm and propose new marketing ideas
- Submit marketing performance reports and track engagement metrics
- Support general marketing initiatives and assist other team members as needed

What We’re Looking For:

- Background in marketing,



communications, or related field
- Previous experience using Google Analytics
- Strong computer skills and ability to quickly learn new tools/platforms
- Experience with social media management
- Photo and video editing skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar)
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Creative mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
- Outgoing, self-motivated, and able to work independently and collaboratively

Nice to Have:

- Experience with SEO or online ad optimization
- Familiarity with automotive or dealership environments
- Knowledge of Facebook Meta Business Suite
- Marketing diploma or degree

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00-$23.00 per hour
