ATW Distributors is a wholesale supplier of aftermarket wheels, tires, and accessories—including lug nuts, center caps, mud flaps, and hardware. We supply top-tier products that help automotive enthusiasts across Canada bring their dream builds to life.

We are growing and looking for a hands-on, ambitious Marketing Assistant to join our team at our Edmonton warehouse. In this role, you’ll work directly alongside our marketing team to manage product preparation, assist with media production, and create high-impact visual assets.

The Role

This is an entry-level role that will play a crucial role in supporting our day-to-day visual content production. Working directly out of our Edmonton warehouse, you will combine hands-on product handling with creative media production to ensure our aftermarket wheels, tires, and accessories are presented accurately and compellingly across all marketing channels.

This is an in-person and full-time role based at our Edmonton warehouse that requires physical stamina, and sharp attention to detail to keep our marketing asset pipeline moving smoothly.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

- Product & Inventory Handling - Pull and return inventory for photoshoots following company policy, ensuring seamless product flow for media assets. (forklift training provided)
- Wheel & Tire Preparation - Mount and dismount selected wheels and tires safely and cleanly without damaging products. (training provided)
- Production Support- Assist the Photographer & Digital Media Specialist with lighting setup, staging, product preparation (cleaning, mounting/dismounting wheels and tires), changing items, and basic photo editing.




- Content Review and Curation- Create photosets for Facebook Marketplace advertisements and review build photos in NetSuite according to company guidelines.
- Creative Design - Support marketing initiatives by creating graphics or video assets as directed.

What You Bring

- Ability to commute to our warehouse in a punctual manner.
- Ability to safely lift and move automotive products (up to 60 lbs) in repetition.
- Experience with Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom (Required)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience using NetSuite, Google Workspace, Slack and Asana (an asset, but not required).
- Forklift Certification (an asset, not required).
- Familiar with warehouse safety policies (an asset, not required).
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the company.

- You are capable of working independently; manage your time effectively; and continuously keep the photography team informed or progress and roadblocks.
- You have an appreciation for aftermarket vehicle modifications, and take pride in handling equipment and gear properly without damaging it.

Pay: $35,000.00-$37,000.00 per year
