UC Auto Ltd. has an immediate opening for a full-time Marketing Assistant to join our Marketing Department and support the company’s digital marketing and brand development efforts.

About This Role

This is an entry-level marketing position focused on customer service, sales, social media management, and online customer engagement.

You will work closely with the Marketing Team to support day-to-day marketing activities, maintain the company’s online presence, and assist with various marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for individuals who are creative, organized, and interested in developing a career in marketing.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

- Assist with customer engagement and sales through digital communication channels
- Maintain and update online vehicle listings and marketing materials
- Support digital marketing campaigns and promotional activities
- Monitor and respond to online inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Help maintain the company’s online presence and brand image
- Coordinate with team members to ensure marketing projects are completed efficiently
- Maintain accurate records of marketing activities and related projects
- Assist with the creation and publication of content across social media platforms
- Support other marketing-related duties and projects as assigned
- Qualifications




- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable using social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Xiaohongshu
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Creative mindset with an interest in marketing and content creation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Previous marketing, social media, customer service, or administrative experience is an asset
- Basic photography, video editing, or graphic design skills are an asset
- Ability to speak additional languages is an asset
- Valid Class 5 BC Driver’s License is an asset
