JOB STATEMENT:
The Marketing Associate, Private Wealth Marketing is responsible for leading digital marketing initiatives and marketing project execution that support the growth and engagement of high-net-worth (HNW) and ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) advisory clients. This role serves as a strategic partner to Private Wealth Advisors, Relationship Managers, and business leaders, developing targeted marketing programs that deepen client relationships, enhance the client experience, and support business development objectives.
The ideal candidate combines digital marketing expertise with exceptional project management skills, an understanding of affluent client segments, and the ability to coordinate complex marketing initiatives across multiple stakeholders. This role requires a data-driven marketer who can translate business priorities into effective campaigns while maintaining the premium standards expected in a private wealth setting.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies that support client acquisition, retention,
and engagement objectives within the Private Wealth business.
- Manage integrated marketing campaigns across email, web, social media, digital advertising, and advisor-facing channels.
- Create personalized client journeys and targeted communications aligned with key client segments and lifecycle stages.
- Optimize digital touchpoints to enhance the client experience and strengthen advisor-client relationships.
- Utilize audience insights, segmentation, and analytics to improve campaign performance and engagement.
Marketing Project Management
- Lead the planning, prioritization, and execution of key marketing initiatives from concept through completion.
- Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements for multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including advisors, sales, compliance, product management, digital teams, creative services, and external vendors.
- Identify risks, manage dependencies, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Drive alignment across stakeholders while maintaining focus on business objectives and client outcomes.
Content & Client Communications
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop compelling wealth management content, thought leadership,
market insights, and client communications.
- Ensure all marketing materials reflect the firm's brand standards and value proposition.
- Support advisor marketing initiatives through client presentations, webinars, digital campaigns, and educational content.
- Oversee content calendars and communication plans designed to engage affluent investors.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 3-5 + years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, project management, or wealth management marketing.
- Experience supporting Private Wealth, Wealth Management, Asset Management, Financial Advisory, or Financial Services businesses preferred.
- Proven track record managing complex marketing initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
- Experience working with affluent or high-net-worth client segments is highly desirable.
COMPENSATION:
- The base salary range is expected to be between $70,000 - $90,000, with eligibility for a discretionary bonus.
