Position Summary:

We’re a rapid-moving, culture-driven brand looking for a Marketing Intern who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and get hands-on experience across event marketing, social media, and PR. Our team thrives on creating experiences that spark conversation — whether that’s a pop-up activation, a viral campaign moment, or a media story that gets people talking.

As a Marketing Intern, you’ll be at the center of it all: helping bring offline events to life, supporting digital campaigns, and keeping a pulse on the media landscape with daily monitoring reports. This role is designed to give you real-world exposure to multiple functions of modern marketing and communications, and the chance to contribute to projects that blend creativity with cultural relevance.

Responsibilities:

● Collaborate in the production of high-quality written and visual content for various social media platforms and PR releases that showcase our products and brand identity.

● Assist with gaining consumer insights by collecting information on market trends, customer needs, and both online and offline consumer behavior, as well as competitor analysis.

● Support the PR team with daily media monitoring reports, tracking coverage, and identifying relevant news and industry trends.

● Assist in the execution of experiential events,



ensuring alignment with our brand identity and marketing goals.

● Support the coordination of campaign ideas, execution plans, product orders, and event logistics in collaboration with agencies, including location scouting and budget management.

● Manage inventory and materials for marketing events, oversee quantity management, and assist in the inbound and outbound warehouse logistics management.

● Participate in tracking and analyzing event performance metrics, assisting in the generation of reports to attendance, engagement, and overall return on investment (ROI).

Qualifications:

● Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

● Available to work on-site for at least 3 days a week and commit to a minimum internship duration of 3 months.

● Strong interest in social media marketing and event marketing.

● Proficiency in software such as Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, Canva, and CapCut.

● Proficient in office software, including advanced Excel functions such as VLOOKUP.

● Excellent verbal and written communication skills at a native level of proficiency.

● Basic project management skills with an ability to assist in managing multiple tasks effectively.

● Creative and innovative thinker with a keen eye for detail.

● Basic analysis skills to understand and apply event metrics and analytics.

● Team-oriented, with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and contribute to various marketing initiatives.

● A strong sense of cultural awareness — someone who stays on top of trends, conversations, and emerging moments in media, fashion, and lifestyle, and can bring fresh insights back to the team.

This is a paid internship, offering a wage of $20 per hour.
