gravitypope is seeking a high-energy, data-driven Marketing Manager to connect brand strategy with day-to-day execution. This role manages the marketing team’s daily operations and turns high-quality content into effective omnichannel campaigns. As the operational lead for the department, the Marketing Manager drives revenue across ecommerce and brick-and-mortar stores while protecting gravitypope’s identity, elevating the brand vision, and reaching recent audiences.
The role also includes managing a small team of direct reports and requires a commitment to developing long-term, career-oriented employees.
Compensation is based on relevant experience, job-related skills, location, and performance. Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Execution & Management
- Translate campaigns into detailed multi-channel marketing calendars and plans
- Ensure coordinated campaign visuals across social channels, email, and ecommerce storefront
- Oversee execution of product launches, seasonal campaigns, promotions, and other retail activations
- Oversee digital ad budgets across multiple channels
- Oversee execution of store marketing needs
- Oversee and coordinate local event sponsorships and print ads
Team Management and Operations
- Manage daily workflows for marketing team
- Assist with recruiting, hiring, and onboarding of new team members
- Streamline asset production pipelines to ensure on-time deliver of content
- Coordinate and direct external partners, such as influencer partnerships
- Oversee brand guidelines are followed across all internal and public facing channels
- Create tools and processes as needed to ensure organized and effective communication
- Assist on creative and campaign shoots if needed
Analytics & Performance Tracking
- Monitor campaign KPI’s with a focus on conversion rates, ad efficiency, customer acquisition costs, and total customer revenue
- Ensure continuous SEO improvement
- Compile data into easily digestible summaries for Executive Team
- Organize A/B testing to ensure the most effective creative assets and messaging are used
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in marketing with at least 2 years in a management or team-lead role
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
- Proven success in retail and ecommerce, preferably in the fashion/lifestyle sector
- Deep understanding of Meta Ads and Google Analytics 4
- Experience with using Shopify and Mailchimp is preferred
- Experience with managing complex projects with tight deadlines
- Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft 360
- Excellent numerate and analytical skills
- Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Interest in ecommerce fashion and trends
