At Air Products, we are seeking an experienced Area Supervisor for our Edmonton Net Zero Hydrogen and Energy Complex. This leadership role requires a solid background in operating large industrial facilities and will involve training team members while ensuring optimal performance in Power & Utilities operations. You'll be accountable for emergency response plans and compliance with safety regulations and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily Power & Utilities operations and compliance
• Train, mentor, and lead operators and technicians




• Manage maintenance activities for reliability and availability
• Support safety programs, assessments, and emergency response
• Develop and maintain operating procedures for effectiveness
Requirements:
• First Class Power Engineering Certificate and Technical Diploma
• 15+ years of relevant industrial experience
• 5+ years in a supervisory capacity
• Knowledge of process safety management and incident investigations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
