Westfine Meats Inc. is currently seeking a Meat Cutter to join our team at our federally inspected meat processing facility. This full time position works Monday - Friday, 7:00 am - 3:30 pm with occasional variations in end times based on production requirements.

What You’ll Do
- Will perform the humane harvest of livestock using stunning devices, air knives, saws, hydraulic cutters, steam vacuums and other by-product recovery equipment.
- Produce sanitary edible carcasses and while maximizing the carcass utilization.




- Skin, clean, and trim carcasses; remove viscera and other inedible parts from carcasses.
- Harvest sheep, goats, and mutton while maintaining Halal Standards.
- Clean work areas and equipment.
- Monitor personal and co-worker health & safety.
- Other duties and/or special projects assigned by Lead Hand, Supervisor, HR/ Safety Coordinator, or Manager.

What You Bring
- Previous meat cutting experience
- Attention to detail
- Punctual and reliable
- Physically fit (able to lift 50 lbs)
- Enjoy working on a team
- No formal education required

Nice to have
- Previous experience working in a meat processing plant
- Agricultural education or livestock handling experience
- Butchery experience
- Knowledge of Halala processing practices
