Catalent is seeking a Fill Compounder to work on-site in Windsor, Ontario, where you will be instrumental in compounding processes while adhering to GMP standards. Your attention to detail will ensure high-quality product development.
In this role, you will report to the Production Supervisor and be responsible for compounding raw materials, cleaning and preparing equipment, and maintaining compliance with Master formulas. Your experience in a manufacturing environment will optimize operations and support the essential services we provide to the pharmaceutical sector.
Key Responsibilities:
• Compounding raw materials according to SOPs consistently
• Equipment maintenance and work area organization
• Dispensaing raw materials per Master formulas accurately




• Preparing batch processes to maintain GMP compliance
• Completing documentation as required to ensure traceability
Requirements:
• Educational credentials: High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years in a manufacturing or GMP role preferred
• Capability to perform basic mathematical computations
• Robust detail orientation and accuracy required
• Willingness to stand for long periods during shifts
