As the Production Supervisor, you'll take charge of daily manufacturing operations, focusing on welding, assembly, and quality control. With a robust background in metalworking and leadership, you will manage workflows, oversee production staff, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Your contributions will be critical in fulfilling demanding production schedules and maintaining high operational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct daily production activities in various manufacturing areas
• Plan labor allocation and production priorities collaboratively




• Monitor compliance with engineering and safety standards
• Address production bottlenecks through effective solutions
• Lead training and development for production employees
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing environments
• At least 3 years in a supervisory or leadership capacity
• Familiarity with MIG welding and fabrication processes
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Certification in welding or mechanical trades preferred
