Join Haven Toronto as a full-time Support Care Worker focusing on client-centered assistance for vulnerable populations. Your role will involve supporting those experiencing homelessness and mental health challenges overnight.

This time-limited contract position runs until December 31, 2026, with shifts scheduled from Friday to Tuesday, 11pm to 7am. As a valued team member, you will collaborate with healthcare partners while ensuring clients access vital services. Build supportive relationships that impact the lives of clients facing complex social needs and challenges.

Key Responsibilities:



• Welcome and register recent clients into the program • Conduct health assessments and provide resource referrals • Document client interactions and observations accurately • Assist clients in scheduling and attending necessary appointments • Maintain a safe and welcoming environment for clients

Requirements: • Post-secondary diploma in Social Services or related field • Experience with homelessness, addictions, or mental health • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Knowledge of downtown Toronto social resources preferred • Valid First Aid and CPR certifications
