transferring and receiving stock and stockroom organizationEnsure staff breaks are rotated daily and adhered toHuman ResourcesProvide support to the store manager in recruiting new staff in accordance with company procedures.Work with the store manager to ensure all staff receives appropriate and necessary training to perform their duties at a high standard.Ensure that schedule is created to have the right people, at the right time, doing the right work to maximize on driving sales and customer experience.Health, Safety & SecurityEnsure company policy on Health and Safety is adhered toMaintain profits by ensuring a clean sales floor and store environmentTakes responsibility for security of the store as well as stock and cash and escalate any issues.Limit stock losses to the minimum working with commercial averages (maximum of 2% of sales)Maintain awareness of security with all staff members.
