We are hiring one Mechanics Assistant & two Tire Technicians, where your enthusiasm and mechanical aptitude will drive success! Duties

- Assist experienced mechanics with vehicle repairs, maintenance, and inspections to ensure effective workflow
- Perform tire mounting, balancing, rotation, and replacement services with precision and care
- Use hand tools and power tools safely to disassemble and reassemble vehicle components
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections to identify mechanical issues and communicate findings clearly
- Support the team in heavy lifting tasks, including moving tires, parts, and equipment safely
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to uphold safety standards




- Engage with customers professionally by explaining services performed and answering basic questions about vehicle care

Qualifications

- Previous dealership or automotive repair experience is preferred but not required; a strong willingness to learn is essential
- Basic mechanical knowledge and familiarity with hand tools and power tools are highly desirable
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work physically demanding tasks throughout the day
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication abilities
- Knowledge of automotive maintenance procedures and tire servicing techniques is a plus
- Must be detail-oriented with a commitment to quality work and safety compliance
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certifications related to automotive repair are advantageous
