Role Overview The primary function of the Medical Office Assistant is to provide an exceptional client experience and has practical experience utilizing these skills in the dermatology, aesthetics, or medical field.



This role is also accountable for ensuring all guests receive the “U” experience while visiting a Rejuvenation facility, verifying patient demographic information, taking payments, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the facility.

Role Objectives

Greet clients upon arrival and provide the Rejuvenation experience through excellent customer service

Go above and beyond to meet client expectations

Support doctors and other health care professionals by performing necessary administrative tasks and minor medical duties as requested

May be asked to assist the medical team with additional tasks such as rooming patients, taking histories, and assisting with procedures in a limited capacity. Perform duties associated with UV Phototherapy, including rooming patients, charting visits, reviewing safety protocols and entering billing codes

Perform appointment bookings, reminder, and follow-up calls.

Answer online customer inquiries through Textline software

Manage client referrals and patient information database

Accept client payments in a professional and confidential manner

Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, stocked with all necessary stationery and material Participate in monthly product training and customer service training as needed

Educate customers on products and services provided by the clinic





Perform other duties as requested by management and supervisory team Role Qualifications MOA certification from an accredited institution or higher preferred

1+ years of proven clerical or customer service work experience

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite programs

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills

Ability to work as a team and independently

Flexible availability, willingness to work weekends and evenings
