Job Summary

We're a family-run Canadian medical device manufacturer in Port Coquitlam, hiring a part-time assembler for our disposables production room. The work is seated bench assembly and packaging of single-use products that go out to clinics in Canada, the US and overseas. Everything follows a written procedure and gets checked, so accuracy matters more than speed. It's 16 hours a week, normally two full days, and we train you on everything.

Duties

- Assemble single-use disposable products at your own station, following written step-by-step work instructions
- Check each piece as you go and set aside anything that isn't right
- Prepare and package finished product for shipping
- Complete the production records required under our quality management system
- Keep your station and the surrounding work area clean

Requirements

- Strong attention to detail, and the patience to check your own work
- Comfortable with repetitive,



precise work seated at a bench
- Able to read and follow written instructions in English
- Reliable and consistent once you know the task
- Previous assembly, production or packaging experience is welcome but not required

About the role The production room is a small team and a quiet place to work. We're looking for someone who wants a steady, predictable two days a week rather than a stopgap. Full training is provided, and someone is always nearby if you have a question. Pay is $18.25 per hour. We have some flexibility on which days and start times, and we're open to splitting the hours into shorter days.
