Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor compliance across post-secondary legislation and regulations
• Track deadlines and ensure timely renewals and submissions




• Review marketing and student materials for compliance standards
• Lead student file audits and manage compliance evidence
• Collaborate with teams to communicate regulatory changes
Requirements:
• Previous experience in compliance or regulatory roles
• Knowledge of education regulations, including IRCC and DLI
• Robust organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to communicate complex requirements clearly
• Proficiency in managing documentation and deadlines
