Key Responsibilities:
• Generate and issue ~30 offer letters weekly
• Track offer signatures and manage rapid turnarounds
• Initiate candidate background checks effectively




• Maintain proactive candidate communication throughout
• Update candidate tracking records in HR systems
Requirements:
• Post-secondary degree in HR or related field
• Minimum 1 year of administrative experience
• Exposure to HRIS like Workday is preferred
• Fluent in English, written and spoken
• Ability to attend team days in office monthly
