Key Responsibilities

- Provide exceptional customer service and patient support
- Assist with patient flow in a busy medical dermatology environment
- Educate patients on skincare routines and product recommendations
- Support front desk operations including scheduling, check‑in, and check‑out
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth clinic operations

Preferred Experience

- Previous experience in a medical office, especially with direct patient care
- Retail or sales experience, ideally in aesthetics or skincare
- Familiarity with skincare products, treatments, or cosmetic procedures (an asset, not required)

- Police Record Check (mandatory)
