Medical Receptionist - Diagnostic Imaging Clinic (Greater Niagara Medical Imaging) including new MRI/CT clinic

We are looking for an experienced, responsible and knowledgeable individual as a receptionist at our expanding medical imaging facility with CT and MRI.

Expanded hours would include days, evenings and weekends.

Location: St. Catharines, ON

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

- Scheduling appointments and preparing patients for their medical imaging procedure
- Registering patients for their procedure
- Answering phone calls and checking voicemails
- Scanning and assigning paper work to the radiologists for dictation
- Billing through PACS (selecting appropriate procedures according to the referring physician’s orders and make adjustments if necessary)




- Effectively communicate with technologists, patients, referring physicians and radiologists
- Organize and prioritize tasks at hand
- Follow departmental protocol
- Able to work independently and as a team
- Able to cover sick and vacation time
