Peinture UCP Inc, est une entreprise manufacturière spécialisée en fabrication de peinture et produits chimiques, est à la recherche d’un Mélangeur / Opérateur de production pour soutenir ses opérations. Le poste consiste à mélanger des matières premières, opérer des équipements industriels et respecter les normes de santé et sécurité au travail.
Responsabilités
- Mélange de matières premières selon les fiches de production / batch cards
- Opération de disperseurs, cuves et équipements de mélange
- Respect des procédures de fabrication et normes SST
- Maintien d’un environnement de travail propre et sécuritaire
- Signalement des écarts de production et participation à l’amélioration continue
Exigences
- Secondaire 5 ou équivalent
- Carte de cariste valide
- Expérience en manufacturier, production, chimie ou peinture (un atout significant)
- Capacité à effectuer un travail physique (60 lb)
- Souci du détail, fiabilité et esprit d’équipe
- SIMDUT / WHMIS (formation offerte)

Responsibilities
- Mix raw materials using batch cards / production sheets
- Operate mixing tanks, dispersers, and industrial equipment
- Follow manufacturing procedures and safety standards
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Report production deviations and support continuous improvement
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid forklift certification
- Experience in manufacturing, chemical, or paint production (important asset)
- Ability to perform physical work (lifting up to 60 lbs)
- Detail-oriented and dependable
- WHMIS training (provided)
