JOB SCHEDULE Seasonal Position – Full time; Hourly
Some Morning, Evening, Weekend, and Holiday availability required.

JOB OUTLINE We are seeking a new or experienced Member Services Specialist to join our team at The Glendale Golf & Country Club. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing outstanding service to our Members and guests ensuring that their experience at our Club is second to none. In addition to managing the storage of golf bags, the driving range, and power carts, this individual will also play a key role in maintaining the cleanliness of the Club and working effectively as part of a team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide exceptional customer service to all Members and guests, ensuring that their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage the storage of golf bags, ensure they are cleaned, stored securely, and retrieved promptly for Members and guests of the Club.
- Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the driving range, including- picking and washing the range balls, cleanliness of range tee area and staging of all accessories.
- Operate and maintain power carts, ensuring that they are in good working order, cleaned, staged, and available for use by Members and guests.
- Clean and maintain all areas of the Club, including staging area, driving range, cart barn,
bag room, and lunchroom.
- Ensure that all surfaces are kept clean, and free from dirt, dust, and debris.
- Remove trash and recycling from the Clubhouse areas on a regular basis.
- Follow all health and safety regulations, including using protective equipment and following proper cleaning procedures.
- Work effectively as part of a team, assisting other staff members as required.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous experience in customer service is considered an asset.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, such as operating power carts and lifting range ball bins, golf bags, and supplies.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills and a commitment to providing outstanding service.
- Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
