Travel: You may need to travel in Canada from time to time, up to 10% of the time.

Pay and benefits: $57, 654 - $65, 510

About the Role

As the Mentorship Coordinator, you will help CCRW build and run a national mentorship program for job seekers and workers with disabilities.

The program connects mentees with working professionals who can share career advice, build networks, and support employment goals. You will bring people, partners, and CCRW teams together so the program is clear, accessible, and useful for mentors and mentees.

This role is a good fit if you like building relationships, organizing details, solving problems, and communicating clearly.

Key Responsibilities

- Work with CCRW teams to find mentorship opportunities for job seekers, workers with disabilities, employers, alumni, and professionals.
- Explain mentorship goals, expectations, communication preferences, and boundaries to mentors and mentees.
- Match mentors and mentees using career goals, interests, experience, and skill development needs.
- Check in with mentors and mentees during the mentorship process to keep each connection accessible, clear, and focused on the mentee’s goals.
- Support different types of mentorship, such as group, peer, industry-focused, and one-to-one mentorship.
- Create tools, templates, staff resources, and clear steps for referring people to the program.
- Offer mentorship as an added program for employers, partners, and industry-focused organizations.
- Plan and support virtual and in-person events, such as networking events, mentorship sessions, employer panels, career information interviews,



and industry-focused activities.
- Recruit and support mentors, speakers, employer partners, alumni, and professionals.
- Keep accurate records in Salesforce and other CCRW systems. These records include service notes, follow-up notes, and reporting information.
- Prepare updates, summaries, success stories, and information that shows what changed or improved.

Qualifications and Experience

- You have three to five years of experience in a related area, such as:
- employment services
- mentorship coordination
- partnership development
- program coordination
- human resources
- business
- disability studies
- inclusive workforce programming
- You have helped with mentorship, employer partnerships, workshops, networking events, or group sessions.
- You have 3-5 years of experience supporting successful mentorship matches that drive engagement, learning, and career development.
- You have 3-5 years of experience developing mentorship frameworks and implementing successful mentorship programs that foster professional growth and development.
- You understand disability inclusion, accessibility, employment barriers, career supports, and workplace accommodations.
- You can work with a team and take initiative to build systems, relationships, and clear steps for using the program.
- You communicate clearly, build relationships, solve problems, lead group discussions, and keep clear notes.
- You are comfortable using Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, Excel, virtual meeting platforms, and accessible document practices.
- You have experience using Salesforce or a similar system for tracking contacts, services, and notes.

We also value the following experience:





- Knowledge of paid services for employers or partners, employer-facing services, or program activities that bring in income.
- You can communicate in English and French.

You need to be based in Ontario and legally eligible to work in Canada.

Work Environment

- This is an Ontario-based remote role that supports services offered across Canada.
- The role includes frequent use of a phone, computer, video meetings, Salesforce, and Microsoft 365.
- You may need to work some evenings or adjusted hours for mentorship or networking events.
- You may need to travel in Canada from time to time. Travel may be for CCRW sites, employer visits, partner meetings, community events, or industry-focused networking events.

Pay and Benefits We will set the pay based on CCRW’s salary structure and the final funding for this role. We will add the final hourly wage once the funding details are confirmed. You will receive advantages and vacation time under CCRW policy.
