Platform Administration: Manage, monitor,



and maintain AVI Networks and VMwareNSX platforms. Perform routine health checks, upgrades, and patch management. Incident & Problem Management: Respond to and resolve incidents, servicerequests, and outages related to AVI and NSX environments. Troubleshoot andanalyze root causes, implementing corrective actions. Configuration &Change; Management: Implement configuration changes and updates as per change managementprocesses. Document configurations, processes, and procedures. PerformanceOptimization: Monitor platform performance and proactively identify areas forimprovement. Tune load balancing, network segmentation, and security policies. Collaboration & Support: Work closely with application, network, andsecurity teams to support business requirem ents. Provide technical guidance andsupport to project teams during deployments and migrations. Compliance &Security;: Ensure adherence to organizational security policies and regulatoryrequirements. Conduct regular audits and implement necessary controls. Reporting & Documentation: Maintain comprehensive operationaldocumentation. Generate regular reports on platform performance, incidents, andchanges.
