Overview

We are seeking a skilled Metal Fabricator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical aptitude and experience in fabricating metal components. This role involves working with various tools and machinery to create high-quality products while adhering to safety standards and specifications.

Responsibilities

- Fabricate and assemble metal components according to engineering drawings and specifications.
- Perform welding tasks, ensuring strong and precise joints.
- Operate various hand tools and equipment such as press brake machines and cranes

Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings. Utilize power tools and machinery, including plasma cutting equipment and press brake machines, for shaping and assembling metal parts.
- Perform quality checks to ensure products meet specifications

Assemble ductwork and other metal structures as required.
- Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, following safety protocols at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and improve efficiency.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in metal fabrication,



including welding techniques.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate various fabrication tools and equipment.
- Basic math skills for measuring and calculating dimensions accurately.
- Familiarity with plasma cutting and press brake machine operations is highly desirable.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints.
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

- Blueprint reading: 5 years (required)
- Plasma cutting: 1 year (preferred)
- Welding: 3 years (required)
