We are seeking a highly skilled Power Platform & GenAI Developer with hands-on experience in Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot, Large Language Models (LLMs), and database integrations.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for building intelligent business applications, automating workflows, developing AI-powered solutions, and integrating enterprise systems through APIs and databases.

Location: Montreal, QC

Work Arrangement: Hybrid

Salary: $120,000–$150,000

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop business applications using Power Apps , including Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps.
- Build and maintain automated workflows using Power Automate .
- Develop interactive dashboards and business solutions on the Microsoft Power Platform.
- Design and implement Generative AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot, OpenAI GPT, Claude, and other LLMs.
- Create AI assistants, chatbots, and workflow automation solutions using GenAI technologies.
- Develop prompt engineering strategies and optimize LLM outputs for business use cases.
- Integrate Power Platform solutions with enterprise applications through REST APIs, Web Services, and Connectors .
- Work with databases to create and optimize Stored Procedures,



Views, Functions, and SQL Queries.
- Design data models and integrate solutions with SQL Server, Dataverse, SharePoint, and cloud data sources .
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
- Ensure security, governance, performance optimization, and best practices across Power Platform and AI implementations.
