We are seeking an energetic and motivated Millwork Salesperson to join our dynamic team! Whether engaging in outside sales, conducting product demos, or managing inside sales and account relationships, you will play a vital role in expanding our market presence and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

- Engage with customers through outside sales efforts, building lasting relationships and identifying their millwork needs for renovation or construction projects
- Conduct detailed product demonstrations, showcasing features and benefits of high-end millwork solutions
- Manage inside sales activities including POS transactions, and order processing with precision and professionalism
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and upselling opportunities to maximize sales revenue while maintaining excellent customer relations
- Assist customers with product selection, merchandising, and store layout to enhance shopping experience and drive sales




- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, offering technical advice, and supporting account management efforts
- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote new products or services through targeted campaigns

Experience

- Proven success in outside sales within the millwork, renovation, or construction industry
- Strong knowledge of SketchUp, CAD software, or similar design tools for creating visual presentations
- Experience with POS systems, cash handling, cashiering, and sales operations
- Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on upselling high-end products and services
- Background in renovation projects or construction environments is highly desirable
- Fluency in English; multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer bases
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively across various channels including inside sales and customer service roles
- Organizational skills to manage multiple accounts simultaneously while maintaining detailed records of transactions and client interactions
