We work on shutdowns, industrial maintenance, mill support, and project work in demanding, fast-paced environments where skilled tradespeople make a real difference. We're building our team and looking for reliable, hardworking individuals who take pride in their craft.

Locations:

- Northern Ontario: Kapuskasing, Detour Lake / Greenstone Mine, Rainy River Mine
- Southern Ontario: Dunnville, ON and surrounding area (approx. 150 km radius)

Type of Work:

- Planned and emergency shutdowns
- Industrial maintenance and mill support
- Fabrication and project-based work

What We're Looking For

- 433A Industrial Millwright licence (preferred) or 426A Construction Millwright licence
- Red Seal certification is a strong asset
- Valid driver's licence required
- Ability and willingness to work at remote mine site locations
- Dependable, safety-focused, and a solid team player
- Apprentices with relevant experience are encouraged to apply

Schedule :



Schedule will be determined based on project requirements and the candidate's experience. Rotational and project-based schedules may be available.

Compensation :

Journeyman Millwright (433A / 426A / Red Seal): $45 – $55 per hour

Apprentice Millwright: $30 – $44 per hour, based on level and experience
