We are looking for a Senior ML Developer to join the Dayforce Labs team that is working on developing AI solutions within the company. The Senior ML Developer has an opportunity to join a team of strong developers and work on high-visibility and high-impact products. The ideal candidate has strong technical skills and a desire to stay up to date with advances in new and emerging technologies.

Your impact will be evident through your effective participation in the entire lifecycle of our software, including design, analysis, prototyping, development, testing, and support of our products. Lead the iterative development, validation, and deployment of AI/ML models.

Work with structured and unstructured raw data to design and develop innovative predictive models, metrics, and dashboards to uncover actionable insights. Visualize and report data findings creatively in a variety of visual formats that provide insights to the organization. Four or more years of hands-on experience in Machine Learning and Data Science, specializing in classification, clustering, time series analysis, encoder-based transformer models, explainability, and optimization.

Advanced familiarity with SQL and Spark/PySpark. Two or more years of experience and knowledge in MLOps, including deploying, operationalizing,



maintaining, and monitoring scalable AI/ML solutions in production. Advanced proficiency in Python and machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, MLflow, and libraries commonly used in NLP and Generative AI.

Advanced proficiency in data cleaning and data transformation.

Experience with infrastructure design and deployment utilizing Azure and cloud offerings for the implementation of data pipelines, including Azure SQL, Function/Logic Apps, Key Vault, Storage Accounts, Virtual Machines, Azure Monitor, and Log Analytics.
