We’re looking for an experienced Mortgage Adviser to help clients navigate mortgage financing, assess their borrowing needs, and identify solutions aligned with their financial goals.

This is a client-facing opportunity for someone with strong mortgage knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage applications from initial consultation through approval.

What You’ll Do

- Meet with clients to understand their financial situations, goals, and borrowing needs
- Assess financial profiles and eligibility for mortgage products
- Recommend suitable mortgage and financing solutions
- Prepare and submit mortgage applications
- Liaise with lenders throughout the approval process
- Track applications and keep clients updated
- Explain mortgage terms, conditions, and financial implications clearly
- Maintain accurate client documentation and files
- Ensure compliance with applicable lending and regulatory requirements
- Build relationships through networking and mortgage marketing activities
- Provide consistent, high-quality client service

What We’re Looking For





- Previous experience in mortgage advising, banking, finance, or real estate
- Strong knowledge of mortgages and lending
- Ability to analyze financial profiles and recommend appropriate solutions
- Understanding of financial planning, affordability, and long-term borrowing considerations
- CeMAP qualification or an equivalent recognized mortgage advisory certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple client files and deadlines
- Comfortable working in an office environment
- Proficiency with common office software and mortgage-related systems
- Client-focused approach with solid relationship-building skills
