Matco Moving Solutions / Western Moving & Storage is looking for reliable, hardworking Movers / Labourers to join our Operations team in the Acheson/Edmonton area.

What You'll Do

As a Mover / Labourer, you'll work alongside our drivers and moving crews to safely move household goods, furniture and related equipment. You'll help make sure every move is completed safely, efficiently and with great customer service.

Your responsibilities will include

- Loading and unloading household goods and furniture
- Safely lifting, carrying and maneuvering items of various sizes and weights
- Wrapping, padding and securing furniture and other items for transport
- Protecting customers' homes and property, including floors, walls, doorways and furniture
- Setting up and taking down moving equipment at job sites
- Keeping trucks, equipment and work areas clean and organized
- Assisting with warehouse work, staging and equipment organization when required
- Following direction from drivers and crew leaders
- Following safe work practices and using required PPE
- Providing professional and courteous service to our customers

What We're Looking For
- Reliable and punctual – our crews depend on each other
- Physically fit and able to repeatedly lift and carry 75+ lbs




- Safety-conscious with a strong work ethic
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Comfortable working as part of a team
- Good communication skills
- Flexible availability, particularly during our busy moving season
- Previous moving, warehouse or general labour experience is an asset, but not required
