Key Responsibilities:



• Produce annual experience studies for mortality and lapse • Analyze internal and external data for best estimates • Summarize findings in reports for senior management • Identify process improvements for workflow efficiency • Manage day-to-day tasks of direct reports

Requirements: • FSA/FCIA designation and 3-5 years experience • Knowledge of mortality and lapse study methodologies • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SQL • Familiarity with Moody’s AXIS software • Strong analytical and managerial skills
