Job Description - Open work orders; - Close workorders; - Prepare appointments for the following day and manage the fleet of courtesy vehicles - Answer calls and schedule appointments - Track parts on order - Understand and apply the manufacturer’s warranty, including prepaid maintenance plans - Process requests for extended warranties - Manage multiple IT platforms ** We welcome candidates with experience in any role within the automotive industry. ** Job Requirements: - Experience in the automotive industry (any role); - Passionateabout customer service (enjoys working with the public).
