Your responsibilities will include performing repairs, conducting preventive maintenance on various systems, and ensuring a clean and safe environment. This role requires strong problem-solving skills and the ability to interact professionally with contractors. Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely maintenance of building assets
- Conduct routine preventive maintenance and annual inspections
- Assist in troubleshooting building operating system outages
- Manage contractor visits and verify completed work
- Adhere strictly to health and safety practices Requirements:
- Class II Building Environmental Systems Operator Certificate or equivalent
- Three years of experience in building systems operation
- Proficiency in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
