Responsibilities

- Design and deliver comprehensive Muay Thai training programs tailored to kids and adults of varying skill levels
- Teach proper techniques, stances, combinations, and defensive skills with clear instructions and demonstrations
- Ensure a safe training environment by monitoring participants closely and enforcing safety guidelines
- Incorporate teaching methods that motivate students, build confidence, and encourage consistent progress
- Support students’ development by providing constructive feedback and personalized coaching
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of training areas and equipment before and after classes




- Foster a positive atmosphere that promotes respect, discipline, and camaraderie among participants

Experience

- Proven experience teaching Muay Thai or other martial arts to diverse age groups, especially children and beginners
- Strong background in martial arts instruction with a focus on safety, technique, and student engagement
- Excellent communication skills to effectively instruct both kids and adults in a transparent, motivating manner
- Prior experience in teaching or coaching swimming is a plus, highlighting versatility in physical instruction
- Ability to adapt teaching styles to meet individual needs while maintaining energetic class dynamics
- Passion for fitness, martial arts, and helping others achieve their personal goals
